About our speaker:
Born and raised in London, Timothy R.Andrews graduated from Southampton University studying Law. Much to the bemusement of his parents, Timothy left the legal profession to pursue a career in Hospitality for 20 years. In 2020 the Hospitality sector collapsed and both mainstream and industry media reports were a constant source of negative news.
In response to this, Timothy and co-host Sarah Kettel created “Timothy, Put the Kettel on” podcast -a fun , uplifting series looking at the positive stories coming out of the Hospitality industry, and also providing some top tips and advice for those who were struggling.
They are currently recording their third season. As the sector is struggling to hire, the podcast will be focusing on how Hospitality businesses can hire and recruit better.
